A Study On The Reconstruction Of The Aging Landscape In The Old Community

With the aggravation of China’s aging population,the state has formulated a series of laws and regulations to protect the fundamental rights and interests of the elderly.Meanwhile,it has also put forward the "9073" model,which refers to 90% home care,7% community care and 3% institution care.In the Law on the Protection of the Rights and Interests of the Elderly issued in 2013,in addition to the new elaboration of the previous housing for the elderly,the part of "livable environment" was added and relevant provisions were made.This indicates that China’s social pension service system is developing towards the direction of "home-based,community-based and institution-supported",and the living environment needs of the elderly in urban areas have gradually become an important field for scholars to study.According to the current development status of the community environment,most of them remain at the greening level and landscape homogenization,ignoring the use function of the external environment of the community,lacking the reasonable application of appropriate design for aging,and ignoring the sense of use of the main population of the elderly in the community.In view of these problems,it is necessary to explore and study the old community landscape from various aspects.In the concept of community home care,the main service object is the elderly.From the very beginning,China only advocates paying attention to the elderly to meeting their different and representative needs,highlighting the targeted environmental design for the elderly,and integrating the cognitive characteristics,behavioral characteristics and psychological needs of the elderly into the community landscape design.This paper tries to construct a community atmosphere with appropriate spatial scale and comfortable landscape environment,and puts forward a new perspective for the development of landscape environment in the old community.This article mainly expands from the following aspects:First,analyze the current ageing social background in our country and the elderly’s own tendency to provide for the elderly,learn to understand foreign solutions to aging,and then further study the relationship between the age-appropriate design and the landscape environment of the old community.Put forward reasonable opinions on the environmental improvement of the community.Secondly,it explains the importance of age-appropriate landscape design to community landscape design.It mainly analyzes the physiological needs,psychological needs and behavior characteristics of the elderly of the main population,and then analyzes the needs of other groups.Through the problems and impacts of the old communities on them,the landscape design strategies and methods in line with the behavior and psychology of the elderly are proposed for these problems,and then the problems are transformed and studied according to the relevant principles.Finally,taking the landscape reconstruction of the coal-saving machine community in Xian’an District as an example,the landscape elements and functional elements that meet the physical and mental development of the elderly are constructed,and a landscape design suitable for the activities of the elderly in the community is created,and the feasibility of the theory is verified by practice,To create a comfortable environment for the elderly.
