In recent years,the development of the automobile manufacturing industry has ushered in a relatively slow rise period,and the engine quality problem has become an important factor restricting the development of China's automobile engine industry.In order to improve the quality of the engine assembly process,this dissertation studies the engine assembly process of the engine,proposes a control strategy based on the intelligent operation terminal,realizes the control of the engine production process,and improves the engine assembly level.Firstly,the technology of engine assembly is studied.The quality factors affecting the engine assembly process are decomposed into several types according to the process characteristics.According to the quality problem,the intelligent operation terminal is used to control the assembly process.The functions,network architecture and interaction of the intelligent operation terminal are introduced.Identification technology.Secondly,on the basis of constructing the engine intelligent operation terminal system,the engine intelligent operation terminal input unit based on real-time data acquisition technology is proposed,and the data service bus library is used to integrate the multisource heterogeneous data in the workshop.The unit assembly model of the engine assembly unit is modeled according to the extended Petri net,and the unit operation flow is analyzed,and the feasibility of the model is verified by an example.Then,using component technology to map the engine assembly unit business requirements into assembly business components,and further abstract the business components into soft components,through the dynamic assembly of the soft components to build the entire operating system,and through the target linear programming method to the assembly program Discuss it.Finally,according to the proposed control strategy of the engine assembly process based on intelligent operation terminal,a set of intelligent operation terminal system for engine assembly process is designed and developed,and the terminal system scheme,software and hardware architecture,etc.are explained.The assembly process is used as an example to verify the model and achieve good results.
