With hierarchical part digital assembly of large-sized aircraft as the object of the research and through study of transfer technique of data chain of hierarchical part digital assembly of large-sized aircraft,this paper defines and analyzes key characteristics of measurement-oriented assembly geometric sense,studies and calculates the hierarchical assembly tolerance distribution based on whole-aircraft leveling measurement requirements,develops a XML model-based hierarchical assembly data chain transfer technique scheme,so as to achieve synchronous circulation of the actual measurement data with the physical parts,minimize the number of digital measurements for the parts,improve utilization and productivity of the actual measurement data,lower aircraft stress level and ensure optimization of physical aircraft attitude.The paper firstly elaborates current status of digital equipment and application information system for parts assembly of large-sized aircraft both at home and abroad and introduces the basic concepts including tolerance distribution,dimension chain calculation,large part butt-joint system and system-to-system interface technique.With regard to extraction of key characteristics of assembly geometric sense,the paper defines assembly characteristics geometric sense of different parts and carries out study on lightweight technique of digital module,hole positions and curve features of part detection object and measurement principles and methods of different measurement equipment to help realize extraction of measurement features such as measureable or calculation transferred point position information.For the issue of tolerance distribution of the hierarchical part digital assembly of large-sized aircraft,with consideration of capability and capacity of existing assembly technique,and following the whole-aircraft leveling measurement requirements,a tolerance distribution calculation of differences among leveling measurement points is performed for fuselage three-section joint,fuselage lay-down installation,wings joint,wings lay-down installation and wing-fuselage joint on final assembly.Finally,In light of information integration system functional demand plan,network demand plan as well as the features of to-be-integrated equipment and systems,a realization plan for critical businesses such as document automatic communication control,data acquisition function and assembly site three-dimensional scene is developed and system interface definition and system development platform are clarified explicitly. |
