With the worsening of environmental problems,the consciousness of human environmental protection is gradually awakening.The demand of customers is no longer limited to the traditional requirements.The demand of environmental performance such as green,low carbon and environmental protection is getting more and more attention.It has become the focus of business and customers attention.Only the enterprise firmly grasps the change of customer’s demand,improves the product in time,can occupy the market in the future.In recent years,the green design of product method based on knowledge has become a research hotspot in enterprises and academe.However,it is rare to update the knowledge in the process of green design of products,which has important research value.Therefore,this paper studies the problem of knowledge update in the process of product green design driven by the change of demand.First of all,this paper studies how to obtain the customer’s environmental demand,analyzes the customer’s environmental demand and transforms the customer’s environmental demand into the importance of the environmental requirements,and puts forward a method of forecasting customer’s environmental needs based on gray Markov model,by grey GM(1,1)model to predict the trend of environmental demand importance,and the residual sequence of gray forecasting value and actual value is obtained,and by using the Markov model revised forecast,to grasp the direction of product design in the future.Secondly,with the change of the customer’s environmental demand,the product is constantly improving the design,and the replacement of products brings new green design knowledge.By comparing with the traditional design knowledge,this paper puts forward the classification of green design knowledge based on ontology,establishes the green design knowledge ontology representation model and product design task expression model,and lays the foundation for the research of product green design knowledge renewal.Finally,by using Skowron differential matrix method to attribute reduction and remove redundant knowledge,a method of product green design knowledge acquisition based on rough set is proposed.The product green design rules are extracted through classification consistency algorithm to form a product green design rule set.The method of product green design knowledge updating based on rough set is established and the update of product green design knowledge is realized by rule matching.Taking the green design of range hood product as an example,the method proposed in this paper is validated.
