Automotive half-axle,also known as drive axle,mainly connects drive wheel and differential to transfer torque between them.Its accuracy and stability are of great significance in automotive applications.However,in the process of production and processing and subsequent various treatments,the automobile semi-axle will inevitably produce bending deformation,which will affect the quality of products and reduce the service life,and it is very dangerous in some specific occasions.In order to avoid the increase in the number of waste products and waste of materials and processing costs,the corresponding alignment of automotive semi-axle parts is an indispensable process.Based on the existing research,this paper combines the theoretical knowledge of elastoplastic mechanics,and analyzes the two most critical problems in the car half shaft alignment process,the combination of the pressure point fulcrum and the calculation of the straightening stroke.Firstly,the theoretical basis of the combination of pressure point and fulcrum is expounded,and the simulation of how to set the distance of the pressure point fulcrum is made.The simulation system is established in the simulink module of SolidWorks.For the calculation of the straightening stroke,the elastoplastic theory,finite element simulation,relevant empirical formula and the calculation method of the expert database are introduced.Based on the existing method,the alignment of the incremental stroke control is designed according to the actual debugging situation.On this basis,the corresponding straightening process is given by different bending types of the workpiece.Secondly,the software and hardware modules of the control system are studied.The system uses DSP as the control core to design the peripheral circuits of each module,including power module,servo motor control module,universal input and output module,communication module and data acquisition module.On the basis of the straightening platform and the hardware platform,for the control function requirements of the system,using the idea of structured programming,the initialization program,the main program,the automatic control program and the manual control program are designed,and the operation of each functional module and related calls are realized as a whole,thus ensuring the smooth operation of each functional action of straightening machine.
