The collision and impact of the electrolytic capacitor during production and transportation will cause the capacitor pin to bend,which will affect the use of the capacitor.In order to reduce the failure rate of the capacitor welding package,the capacitor pins need to be straightened.At present,most of the pin straightening in industrial production is manual or semi-automatic straightening,resulting in low production quality and efficiency.Therefore,this paper has developed a fully automatic capacitor pin straightening and packing device to carry out theoretical analysis of straightening rebound,finite element simulation and experimental verification of the straightening rebound process and parameters.The main research contents are as follows:First,a fully automatic capacitor pin straightening and packing device was developed according to the actual straightening needs.A rotating worktable is designed for the straightening station of the production line.A new comb-tooth straightening method is proposed to straighten the capacitor pins.The overall straightening device is designed in detail,and the actual straightening process is summarized.There is a problem of unqualified straightening of a small number of capacitor pins.Secondly,the analysis of the rebound theory of pin straightening is carried out.Aiming at the problem of excessive rebound angle of capacitor pin straightening,by analyzing the curvature,straightening bending moment and straightening deflection during the straightening of the pin,the gap width,thickness and straightening of the comb teeth are obtained.The effect of length on the straightening effect.Based on the principle of virtual work,the springback angle of the capacitor pin after straightening is derived,and the influence of factors such as the material parameters of the pin,the initial bending curvature of the pin,and the radius of the pin on the straightening springback are obtained.Then the finite element simulation of the straightening process and parameters was carried out.In view of the geometric nonlinearity and material nonlinearity of the capacitor pin in the straightening process,the shape of the grid is checked in the finite element analysis and the pin power exponent is introduced to strengthen the material curve,and the capacitor pin is close to the actual straightening condition.The shape of the foot.The best structural parameters of the straightening comb obtained by the single factor method are: 6mm comb thickness,60 degree comb taper,1mm comb tooth gap width,and 0.1 friction coefficient.On this basis,different bending angles,different bending angles,Bending length,root bending angle,and relative bending radius The resilience law of capacitor pins after straightening.Finally,the straightening and springback experiment was verified.According to the theoretical analysis,simulation analysis and parameter results,the standard parts of the straightening device were selected,the PLC control system of the platform was designed,and the construction of the straightening experiment platform was completed.The straightening experiment verified the best structural parameters of the straightening comb and the springback law of capacitor pin straightening,and obtained the best straightening method for the partial springback angle out-of-tolerance capacitor pin.At the same time of production efficiency,the pass rate of capacitor pin straightening is improved.
