Study On Post Occupancy Evaluation And Optimization Of The Open Park In Kuitun City

As the infrastructure of the city,urban parks provide public places for urban residents to visit,entertain and relieve pressure.In the past,traditional closed parks have been difficult to meet the spiritual needs of citizens.People are more eager for a green ecological living environment.More and more open parks without borders are open to urban residents free of charge.The new construction concepts of "garden city","ecological city","park city" and so on put forward new requirements for the construction of urban open parks.From the user’s point of view,this paper chooses four open parks in Kuitun City as the research object.Based on POE theory,the case parks are investigated and analyzed by questionnaire,interview and data chart.The behavior characteristics of different types of visitors are mastered,and the user’s position,plant,terrain,water system and basic services of the park are obtained.Based on the experience and evaluation of facilities,roads and social and cultural elements,it is concluded that the expression of park culture is not deep enough,the differences among different functional areas of scenic spots are not significant,the deficiencies of landscape elements,the lack of management and maintenance,especially the lack of management and maintenance of vegetation.Through the comprehensive evaluation and comparative analysis of the influencing factors,the advantages and disadvantages of the park are investigated.According to the analysis results and observation records,the problems of uneven distribution of resources,lack of spatial hierarchy design,lack of coordination between ecological and human environment,aging of public facilities,lack of humanized design,and imperfect maintenance and management system in the reconstruction and construction of open parks in Kuitun City are summarized and analyzed..In order to improve the satisfaction,security and happiness of the use of open parks and meet the growing needs of the people for a better life,the paper puts forward feasible optimization and adjustment suggestions from the aspects of overall planning and layout of open parks,coordination of landscape design and ecological environment,artistry and applicability,management and maintenance system of infrastructure construction,etc.The renovation,planning and construction of open parks in Kuitun City are of forward-looking theoretical value and practical significance.
