With a rise in the number of distributed generation(DG)and electric heating loads connected with the distribution network.Evaluation of the existing distribution network for a new load and small capacity,the stationing of distributed generation access more adaptability and provide the basis for scientific and rational planning of distribution network need to explore the comprehensive evaluation method is more suitable for distribution network.Taking electric heating load as an example,a comprehensive evaluation of the distribution network with distributed generation and electric heating loads has been carried out in this thesis.On the basis of the comprehensive evaluation index system of existing distribution network,the distributed generation and electric heating loads access to distribution network has taken into account.Thirteen indexes including the surplus generation ratio of distributed generation,the integrated electric heat conversion rate and the stability of distributed generation capacity are selected.The comprehensive evaluation index system is established based upon reliability,economy,coordination and technology as well as improving the index system of existing distribution network.The analytic hierarchy process,entropy-weight method and variable weights principle are combined to calculate the weight,which makes the weight more reasonable.Finally,the efficiency coefficient method is utilized to calculate the evaluation value of indexes.The comprehensive evaluation method of distribution network is proposed on the basis of improved combination weight process.Taking the local distribution network of Heze in Shandong as an example,the applicability of the comprehensive evaluation index system and evaluation method is compared with the traditional comprehensive evaluation of distribution network.Then the development of the distribution network in the area is analyzed.The weak links are identified,improvement measures are given.It has beneficially supplemented the comprehensive evaluation theory of distribution network,and has certain guiding significance and practical value in the development of distribution network planning.
