With the unceasing advance of bridge design theory and construction technology, great progress of bridge span has been made continuously, and structure style also becomes complex day by day. The inspection and assessment work of bridge in lifeline project is particularly necessary and urgent.Since long span bridges own increasingly important status in traffic transportation, to establish suitable bridge comprehensive inspection and assessment system becomes a focus research of bridge circle.So the assessment of the bridge becomes more and more important. Based on it, the working condition can be determined to present a management decision for the bridge.This article takes the Fuling Wujiang Second Bridge as a background, condition assessment of concrete cable-stayed bridge based on analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is studied, and a cable-stayed bridge health condition assessment of multi-level hierarchical relationship model is established .The main contents are as follows:â‘ AHP is introduced.In the comprehensive consideration of the whole function components based on the influence, a long-span cable-stayed bridge multi-layer hierarchical relationship model is established, and the evaluation index is determined;â‘¡By consulting several bridge specialists, the weight of every index is determined. Then in compliance with the need for condition assessment, the statistical weight is analyzed properly;â‘¢The health monitoring appraisal parameter selection principle and the test method of the Fuling Wujiang Second Bridge are introduced, and the reasonable layout scheme of measuring points is proposed, also the bridge online appraisal is realized;â‘£The first floor indicator weights computational method is studied. Through the structural finite element model analysis, each monitor section's extreme value which obtains under several kinds of load combinations reflects its importance, thus the weight of sections is determined, and the weight subjectivity and the capriciousness are avoided.
