Research On The Planning Of Rural Eco-wellness Tourism Scenic Area

With the arrival of the aging population,the majority of people is in the state of illness or sub-health,how to carry out leisure and health care has become a hot issue of people's concern,People's ideas gradually from “eating and wearing warm” into a“healthy and wellness",The harsh living environment of the city and the country's beautiful natural environment forms a distinctive conteast,a new type industry combined wellness with rural tourism-rural eco-wellness tourism will come into being,But there are a series of questions: a lack of reasonable planning system and design process?it has not yet formed a special planning system?wellness characteristics are not obvious in tourism,so this article discussed on how to plan the construction and whether it is suitable for development and explore,identified the relevant concepts according to the current literature and planning theory,summarized the relevant planning theory and the development of mature cases to point out that this study can can be used for reference,puted forward the planning technical route and analyzes the content of the planning system in detail,screened out the factors that have a greater impact on the development process,constructed the development suitability evaluation model and the drade standard,took XingDun Village for example to study on the planning of rural eco-wellness tourism scenic areas,the following conclusions are presented:(1)Rural eco-wellness tourism scenic areas are functional spaces relying on rural,agricultural,health resources,cater the reqirments of leisure and wellness to health and longevity,The whole planning process is divided into preparation stage,planning stage,review implementation stage.(2)The contents of planning phase is divided into four parts,through the analysis of own conditions to formulate strategic planning and overall planning,through the implementation program to ensure the implementation of the whole planning,promote the construction of rural eco-wellness tourism scenic areas steadily,the main contents of the four parts are described in detail.(3)Using the analytic hierarchy process to calculate the weight coefficient of each evaluation index,ascertain the level of comprehensive evaluation drade standard,conclud that good natural environment and tourism resources are the main influencing factors,and calculate the comprehensive score of XingDun Village,the results showed that it is suitable for the construction of rural eco-wellness tourism scenic areas.(4)The planning content system of this paper is applied to the planning of XingDun Village,build it into modern agriculturey demonstration area and a livable mountain ecological resort,demonstrated this paper's practical value.
