| Since the reform and opening up,China’s scientific and technological level has developed rapidly,people’s income level has greatly increased.In the context of such an era,the rapid development of various industries,the medical industry in which has also been a great development.At the same time,the basic functions of medical products have not been able to meet people’s needs,traditional medical products in their eyes are not so beautiful,they pursue a higher sense of spiritual satisfaction,in the invisible to enterprises and designers put forward higher requirements.How to improve the quality of medical products,how to stand out in the competitive market,occupy more market share,medical product design needs to focus on the study of the problem.Medical products started earlier in foreign countries,some developed countries and regions have attached great importance to the appearance of medical products modeling design.In the medical product design process,fully consider the user’s perceptual needs and experience feelings.Through the appearance of modeling to improve product quality and emotional care for users.And domestic enterprises in the process of medical product design,excessive pursuit of product functions,medical product appearance modeling does not pay enough attention.And the user-centered humanized,emotional design only stays in the theoretical stage,can not be concretely realized.Based on the theory of perceptual engineering and the design of product image modeling elements,this paper establishes the design process of product image modeling based on perceptual engineering,and takes ozone sterilizer as an example,carries on the design practice,carries on the user satisfaction analysis to the practice part.Firstly,the perceptual vocabulary and samples are collected,the perceptual Image Vocabulary Library and the modeling Image Library are established,and the main components are screened by principal component analysis method.Then the shape disassembly solution and orthogonal design method are used to combine the disassembled modeling,and finally the optimal combination is obtained by using the joint analysis method to guide the completion of the design practice of ozone sterilizer. |
