| With the increasingly prominent environmental and energy problems,the automobile industry has entered a new stage of development,and gradually develops towards the direction of new energy.Under the strong support of national policies,the direction of new energy has become the mainstream direction of automobile design.At the present stage,the appearance of most new energy vehicles on the market still follows the appearance of traditional fuel vehicles.However,the development of new energy has brought about the change of vehicle structure,as well as the increase of users’ emotional needs and the improvement of aesthetic level,so the existing appearance modeling can no longer meet the emotional needs of users.How to design a new energy vehicle to meet the user’s inclination is an important problem to be solved.The main purpose of this paper is to study the perceptual image of new energy vehicles that users prefer based on Kansei engineering theory and research methods,combined with BP neural network algorithm and genetic algorithm.Firstly,the crawler network and user survey were used to obtain the external observation of 80 types of new energy vehicles that users prefer on the market.The similarity matrix was obtained through user survey,and the representative samples were selected by systematic clustering analysis to obtain the initial samples.Secondly,the modeling elements contained in the initial sample were decomposed to construct the combination table of perceptual image elements.The combination table was scored with the selected perceptual words to obtain the combination assessment table of elements.According to the scoring results,the GA-BP neural network algorithm model is trained to predict the element combination with the highest score of perceptual evaluation and produce the modeling image.Finally,in order to study the user tendency of the overall modeling,the optimal sample is selected and combined with the user survey,the weight value of the structure is analyzed to guide the design output.Based on the combination of Kansei engineering and algorithm,this paper studies the appearance modeling image of new energy vehicles,studies the perceptual image of users’tendency,provides a new idea and method for the appearance design of new energy vehicles,and provides reference for the application of modeling design combining algorithm. |
