Product modeling feature is an important component of product visual feature and the main source of user's image acquisition.Product semantics research is the basis of building the mapping between product modeling feature and user's needs.Accuracy of user demand acquisition is the key to improve product recognition.Therefore,the concept of brand semantics is introduced to explore the effective relationship between user needs and modeling features.Based on the tutor's national scientific research project,this paper studies the relationship between product modeling and user needs.Based on the brand semantics research,this paper studies the classification of vehicle headlamp modeling features,investigates and obtains the user's image needs for the headlamp modeling features,constructs the mapping relationship between the headlamp modeling features and user needs,and verifies the method by the practice of headlamp design.Firstly,brand semantics is categorized into visual and non-visual semantics,and self-owned brand Jianghuai automobile is selected as the research object and investigated.Semantic words describing Jianghuai brand and semantics words describing the shape of car headlights are collected.On this basis,core representative semantics are selected by questionnaire survey.Samples of automobile headlights are collected,and the samples that meet the experimental requirements are grouped and stored in the warehouse.The image scale of the core representative semantics of Jianghuai brand is scored by the method of semantic difference.The scoring results are input into SPSS statistical software to get the core semantics of each group of semantics by dimensionality reduction and factor analysis.This part is divided into later research on the modeling characteristics of automobile headlights and users.Image mapping provides specific emotional semantics.Then,the relationship between brand semantics and modeling characteristics and user needs is explained and semantics is taken as an experimental study.Through morphological analysis,the morphological features,color features and texture features of automotive headlamp modeling are extracted.Kano questionnaire survey is conducted on the modeling features of automotive headlamp under brand semantics.The modeling features are stratified by user needs,and then the user's manufacturing of automotive headlamp is calculated.Weight and rank of importance degree of type feature requirement.By matching different levels of user needs with different types of vehicle headlamp modeling features,an innovative design method of user-oriented modeling features is provided for designers or developers.Finally,the effectiveness of the research process is evaluated and validated by taking the design of IEV6 E sports car lamp of Jianghuai Brand as an example.In this paper,we use Kano model to subdivide the level of user needs under the specific brand semantics,and conduct interviews and questionnaires to the experimental target population based on the practical requirements of the subject.Through the analysis and collation,we can get the front lamp modeling characteristics corresponding to the specific user demand level,and associate the different user needs at different levels with different types of front lamp modeling features,so as to establish the mapping relationship between the front lamp modeling features and user needs under the brand semantics,so as to judge the relationship between user needs and the front lamp modeling features more effectively,so as to assist the front lamp modeling features.Car lamp modelling design.The research results clarify the user's vague image needs for product modeling,and provide effective guidance for product modeling design to meet user's needs.
