Research On The Design Of Child Safety Seat Under The Guidance Of User Demand

With the increase of the number of private cars in China,more and more parents of infants and young children choose to drive with their children,and the market of child safety seats is gradually expanding.However,as a large manufacturing country of child safety seats,China's domestic sales share is not high,and many users prefer foreign brands of child safety seats.The purpose of user demand research is to improve product satisfaction,efficiency and user experience,which plays a positive role in improving user trust and increasing user dependence,and helps enterprises to attract and retain consumers.Through the analysis of the needs of children's safety seat users,this paper explores the needs of the target population.At the same time,the product of children's safety seat is researched deeply,the users' demand will be integrated into the design,and the combination point of users' demand and child safety seat product is deeply explored,in order to obtain the product that meets the user's expectation.Based on the relevant theory of user demand,combined with the existing research foundation,this paper carries out specific research on the child safety seat.First of all,it is to sort out the relevant theories of user demand,sort out the relevant system models,as the theoretical basis for guiding the research.The second is to compare the research methods of user requirements,select the appropriate methods according to different characteristics,and determine the research process.Finally,through the questionnaire survey,user interviews and other specific research measures to obtain user information,on the basis of sorting out and analyzing user information to obtain user demand.This paper takes the child safety seat as the research object,analyzes the structure,material,shape and other elements of the existing child safety seat products from the perspective of design,excavates the preliminary user demand,summarizes the preliminary list of user demand combined with market research,user questionnaire and so on,qualitatively classifies the various demand attributes of the product with the aid of Kano model,and sorts the user demand according to the importance.Create a FAST function tree for the filtered user demand to complete the architecture of the child safety seat function system.Then,based on the investigation and interview of users,the user behavior variables are determined,the persona are created,the implicit needs of users are mined,and the design positioning of the crowd is determined.Finally,AHP is used to determine the weight of product scheme evaluation standard for the design prototype,and users are invited to evaluate the design scheme to achieve the optimization and iteration of the scheme.Based on the research methods of user demand,this paper focuses on the analysis of the user demand of child safety seats,combines the abundant needs of persona to achieve targeted design,integrates the opinions of experts and users to achieve design evaluation,completes the design and research process,and provides reference and reference for user demand oriented product design.
