Under the wave of construction informatization development,BIM technology as a new technology applications and integrated management tools has been widely concerned.And in the field of engineering construction has been vigorously promoted.The application of BIM technology in our country is mostly based on the upside structure.At present,there are many successful cases and related theories in the progress of many BIM application.However,for foundation pit engineering,whose BIM application and research are less and still in the exploratory attempt stage.There are little more complete theory and case guidance.Foundation pit engineering has not only the general nature of the traditional construction project,but its particularity.This article takes the Haihe River three group foundation pit engineering as the object,which is located in urban district and close to the residential buildings,and its large operating surface leads to construction management difficult.And also,the project takes the combination of reverse and inverse construction method,which is more complex in construction technology,and takes more quality and progress control risk.For the series of key points and difficulties in the construction,establish BIM model and do the follow works:(1)Respectively show the lattice column adjusting device,the concrete reinforcing bars in beam-column joint and the post cast strip based on BIM models,which are difficult to control in traditional construction.By the visual display of the 3D model,builders have a deeper understanding of the design intent and the process principle,so that avoid mistake due to blind work.(2)Load BIM model to mobile terminal and compare with the material objects in construction site,add quality information to BIM model in real time to achieve dynamic construction quality control,so that managers can understand the work conditions easily,at the same time,strengthen the efforts to control the process.(3)Make engineering quantity statistics based on BIM model,which have advantage of automation and accuracy;Check the tower cranes collision and site layout optimization to avoid conflict problems,so that ensure project;Conduct simulations of earthwork excavation and underground structure construction progress based on Navisworks and Project,to ensure prediction of construction condition of working face at each time point,lead to further control of the project progress.This research is an exploration and practice of the application of BIM technology in foundation pit engineering,good results have been achieved in progress and quality control.So related research methods and results can be used for other projects of reference.
