Research On Intelligent Building Process Of Assembly Building Based On BIM

Fabricated buildings have been developed rapidly under the impetus of BIM technology,but BIM technology is only applied locally in fabricated buildings.There is still a certain gap in promoting the intelligent development of fabricated buildings.Under this background,this paper takes BIM technology as the core and integrates other information technology into assembly building to acquire project-related information in time to realize the rapid flow of information.The high integration and application of information makes the unique human perception,memory,knowledge and wisdom integrated into assembly building,and promotes the development of assembly building to wisdom and lean,Starting from the direction of wisdom construction.this paper elaborates the concept,characteristics and wisdom construction based on BIM in detail,and finds the entry point of BIM technology in promoting wisdom construction;on the basis of introducing the generation and development of assembly building,it analyses the generation of assembly building based on BIM and assembly building based on BIM;and elaborates in detail the application of BIM technology in assembly building in China.The current situation and problems are summarized and analyzed by case analysis method.The problems existing in the process of BIM-based intelligent building in China are summarized through the current situation.The BIMbased intelligent building system architecture is constructed,and the integration of BIM technology with other information technology through assembly is elaborated in detail.In the three stages of building design,component production and assembly,information interconnection and interoperability in each stage of assembly building can be realized through the integration and deep integration of various information technologies,which enables the project to have more penetrating perception and wiser decision-making,and lists the problems that need to be solved urgently in the intelligent construction of assembly building based on BIM.Finally,the application of intelligent construction of assembly building based on BIM is put forward,develop and promote countermeasures.
