As the development center of construction industrialization,prefabricated building can shorten the construction period,save construction resources and protect the environment.In recent years,it has been promoted and developed vigorously.Different from the traditional construction method,the key point of prefabricated building construction is the control of the construction of prefabricated components.In the process of construction,prefabricated components need to be qualified in the factory and then transported to the site for assembly,so the construction scheduling of prefabricated buildings is in different places and different times,and the traditional scheduling modeling ideas and methods are not applicable.In order to establish the construction scheduling model of prefabricated buildings in accordance with this new construction method,it is necessary to study the prefabricated components from the perspectives of fabrication,transportation and assembly.With the development of computer technology,some intelligent algorithms,such as genetic algorithm,provide new ideas for modeling,calculation and analysis of prefabricated building construction scheduling problems,and also provide strong support for the implementation of construction industrialization.This paper analyzes the construction process of prefabricated building,and according to the repeatability characteristics of the standard floor of prefabricated building,the three stages of assembly,production and transportation are studied in the same space.In the assembly stage,an engineering project scheduling model with the shortest assembly period and satisfying resource constraints was established,and the construction scheduling scheme under the shortest assembly period was obtained by solving the model with genetic algorithm.In the production stage,a scheduling model with the shortest production time and minimum resource cost was established to meet the requirements of the construction period.The NSGA-Ⅱ algorithm was used to solve the model,and the optimal scheduling scheme of the construction period and cost was obtained.In the transportation stage,under the requirements of transportation time,a scheduling model with the objective of minimizing transportation cost and carbon emission of transportation vehicles is constructed.The NSGA-Ⅱ algorithm is used to solve the model,and the scheduling scheme with the minimum transportation cost and carbon emission is obtained.The three scheduling models were applied to the three stages of a social security house with integrated shear wall structure,and MATLAB software was used to realize the solution of genetic algorithm and NSGA-Ⅱ.Combined with the optimal scheduling plan of the three stages,the optimal scheduling scheme of prefabricated building construction was obtained.Will eventually get shortest assembly duration,production time of minimum cost,transportation cost smoke emissions the least construction scheduling scheme,effectively solve the prefabricated construction in the process of production,transportation and assembly construction rhythm of different problems,genetic algorithm is verified in the study of prefabricated construction scheduling optimization effectiveness and practicality.
