The Study On The Stradegy Of Urban Spatial Axial Development Under The Impact Of Rail Transit In Nanning

The planning and layout of urban spatial development guided by rail transit is a kind of development model under the constraints of resources,environment,safety and so on.In the urban spatial development models,axial development is a more open and orderly development model than circular layer development.The establishment of urban spatial axial development model guided by rail tran-sit plays a positive role in optimizing spatial layout.Firstly,the paper expounds the characteristics of the axial development of ur-ban space as well as points out the different characteristics and different guiding functions which the axes present in different spatial development models and di-fferent urban spatial structures.Then the paper discusses the dynamic mechani-sm of the axial development of urban space,including four aspects:urban traffic trunk,land layout,traffic modes as well as laws and regulations.Finally,the pa-per analyzes the present characteristics and existing problems of urban spatial strucure as well as expounds the impact of rail transit on the axial development of urban space in Nanning.On the basis of the research,the author puts forward the stradegies for the axial development of urban space,including the following six points:using rail transit hub station to construct multi-central urban spatial structure;combining rail transit with conventional public transport,a reasonable axial organization system is designed;establishing mixed land development model and construct-ing TOD to guide urban axial development;planning the rail transit station in subregion as well as different levels and adopting different land control indicat-ors;Strengthening the connection and driving effect of the axes,expanding the influence and radiation range of the city;strengthening land use control of rail transit corridors and protecting the cuneiform space between axes.In order to leading the transformation of urban space from circular layer sprawl to the axial and orderly development and forming an open and orderly urban spatial structu-re,these stradegies have a strong guiding role.
