As one of the eight special equipments, the factory motor vehicles must have the guidance of advanced repair theory in order to ensure the running safely and reliably. Reliability-centered maintenance(abbreviation RCM) is an advanced repair theory; it has been widely used in military, aerospace equipment,large-scale planning and equipment repair and maintenance strategy. It takes the failure mode and effects analysis as a basis for analysis, uses reasonable and logical decision model to determine the contents of maintenance. Considering the RCM theory to ensure the equipments reliability, security, it will be introduced to the field(plant) in factory motor vehicle repair decisions, and then analyzed the seven basic problems in the processes of application and the general steps of analysis.On these basics, by analyzing the shortcomings of traditional logic of qualitative analysis methods, the paper introduces a kind of interval rough numbers based on the theory of rough set theory to fully tap the hidden information in the subjective evaluation in order to reduce the errors of the subjectivity of the decision. Interval rough numbers ranges from the rough set theory, it can deepen the interval number of excavation more and acquire more accurate information. For the results of interval rough numbers cannot be directly compared to the problem, the introduction of the theory of set pair analysis based on the connection number can compare the results to achieve the final repair scheme decision. In view of the traditional weight method is too subjective, putting forward the method of determining weights based on similarity coefficient which is based on statistical theory, it can describe objectively the degree of importance of each factor in the decision making model.Based on the above work, this paper takes forklift maintenance decision making as an example to analyze. The specific implementation steps are as follows. The first, selecting the maintenance unit; The second, dividing thefunctional groups; The third, functional analysing; The forth, the definition of fault; The fifth, failure mode and effect anglysing; The sixth, the analysis of the new logic decision model; The seventh, the model validation.This paper has carried on the exploration of theory and practice in using quantitative mathematical model to process multiple attribute decisions making problems, in order to seek a more quantitative maintenance decision scheme. |
