At present,the world's information technology is developing at a rapid pace.The market-oriented behavior introduces the latest science and technology such as efficient Internet of Things,big data,artificial intelligence,and cloud computing into the traditional manufacturing industry.The transformation and upgrading has become a new round of industrial revolution in various countries..The major industrial powers have already announced their own national strategies.Germany has released "Industry 4.0".The United States has proposed the "Industrial Internet" and the Japanese "Robot Revolution".The core idea is to encourage technological innovation and technology.Develop a new competitive advantage.In these development strategies,the automotive industry,with its broad influence,from the basic raw material research,the high relevance of the parts and components industry chain,to the attractiveness of the broad aftermarket,has occupied a vital position and has accelerated Important thrust and demonstration points for manufacturing transformation.In the new era of national strategy pointing to drive global automotive technology into accelerated progress and integration,collaborative innovation development centered on the "electricization,networking,intelligence and sharing" of the automotive industry has become the hottest topic at present.In order to cope with the current competitive environment of the market,China's heavy truck industry must rethink the company's operating strategy in the new environment Diversification is an important strategy for enterprise development.In the current international market,the opening up is intensified.Each enterprise is facing competition from domestic and foreign counterparts.Through research and analysis,we can see that Chinese companies adopt diversification strategies when making choices.And seeking sustainable development in the future is a relatively common way.This paper selects the commercial vehicle heavy truck manufacturer--Foton Daimler Company as the research object,and discusses the mature automobile manufacturing enterprises to build a competitive advantage with the diversification strategy as the core.Specifically,it is to study the diversified strategy theory and analyze the enterprises.Implement cases,judge the industry and its own business characteristics to develop.Based on the perspective of product life cycle cost management,this paper finds that customer value is always low due to chaotic enterprise management process,inaccurate customer demand,long market information feedback period,product platform misplacement,and waste of development resources.In the context of demand extension,the "value game" between the enterprise and the customer is transformed from " value game" to "value sharing".Through diversification strategies to continue the vitality of products and continuously create new customer values to meet the needs of users,the main results of this paper are as follows:First,through research,heavy truck manufacturing enterprises are in the mature stage of the industry,and the diversification strategy is an inevitable choice;Second,link the cost management of the product life cycle,the strategic management of the enterprise and the customer value management,and interpret from the different dimensions of strategy,management and cultural management to build a strategic goal of corporate diversification;Third,this paper studies the theoretical framework of corporate diversification strategy,and conducts a comprehensive strategic analysis and supporting program design for the transformation of Foton Daimler.
