The construction period of urban rail transit project is long,but the construction period of weak current system is usually only one to one and a half years.The time to start construction of weak current system is late,and the construction process is complicated,which also restricted by civil construction,track construction,electromechanical construction and so on.In the construction process,there are many rework situations due to the lack of deepening design documents and the unclear connection with other processes,which not only increase cost,but also lag the progress,and sometimes affects the quality of system functions.With the development of information technology and the creation of computer 3d simulation technology,it has provided a way to plan and simulate the construction of weak current system in advance,which is BIM technology.At present,BIM(Building Information Modelling)as a new technology,has been gradually used in urban rail transit industry,but at the scene of the weak current system of the application of the construction process are few and far between.This article through to all construction procedures of urban rail transit weak current systems for the analysis of the construction efficiency and rework rate,BIM technology is put forward to introduce weak current system in the process of construction,and connecting with the Qingdao metro line 13 weak current system construction project of BIM technology in the theoretical analysis and practical application,This paper demonstrates the superiority of BIM technology in the construction process of weak current system,and the application of BIM technology can assist the field construction.This paper has carried out the following work:(1)Based on a large amount of literature,the existing problems of the current weak current system under the traditional mode are proposed,and the research status of BIM technology at home and abroad is analyzed.(2)Through the theoretical elaboration of BIM technology,the concept of BIM is summarized,the basic application and requirements of BIM are analyzed,and the commonly used software tools of BIM technology are briefly introduced.(3)At the first,through the literature and past construction experience,to the weak current system of urban rail transit has carried on the induction summary each working procedure,and from the construction efficiency and rework rate two aspects,analyzes list for each working procedure,the pipeline embed high rework rate is obtained,the bracket trough installation construction efficiency low and terminal equipment installation the main reason for the rework rate.Secondly,through the analysis of the influence of external conditions and internal factors,it is concluded that abstract technical disclosure content and professional limitations are the root of the problem of weak current system construction under thetraditional mode.Finally,the problems in the construction process of the weak current system under the traditional mode are summarized,and the idea of introducing BIM into the construction stage of the weak current system is put forward.(4)According to the idea of BIM construction stage of weak current systems,combined with Qingdao subway line 13,the application of the construction site,the pipeline embed visualization clarificaiton,bracket trough installation factory processing,field assembly,terminal equipment installation in advance planning,scheme optimization of three aspects are studied,the pipeline embed rework rate,and the bracket trough installation construction efficiency,rework rate of terminal equipment installation BIM before and after the introduction of comparative analysis,concluded after the BIM technology introduction,can greatly improve the efficiency of the installation of the scene and a qualified rate,demonstrates the feasibility of BIM construction stage of weak current systems.(5)In the end,the paper summarizes the highlights and shortcomings of BIM technology introduced into the construction of weak current system,and puts forward the next research direction.
