Research On Application Problems Of BIM Technology In The Implementation Stage Of Metro Project

At present,domestic cities are accelerating the pace of construction,and rail transit is particularly important.The subway project has effectively alleviated the current tense traffic situation in the city,and at the same time,the construction of subway project has brought economic benefits to the development of the city.However,at present,domestic urban subway projects are still in the stage of development,and the management among different majors has not been maximized with the application of BIM technology.In this case,there are some problems in the design and construction stages of project management,which hinder the application and development of BIM technology in subway project construction.Domestic cities are accelerating the construction of subway projects and alleviating urban traffic pressures;at the same time,digital construction has become a new trend;it has brought new development directions for urban subway projects.The advantages of using BIM technology make the management of project construction more precise and convenient.The combination of BIM technology and subway project has improved the efficiency of subway project construction and the management level of all parties,and provided a good platform for future subway project construction.However,its existing problems are also restricting the development of the two,exploring its problems and addressing the existing shortcomings in a targeted manner,providing practical value for the better application of the two.This paper first introduces the development of the subway project in the contextof the rapid development of the national economy and BIM technology;analyzes the advantages of BIM technology and BIM application in the design and construction stage;and elaborates the construction of the subway project under BIM technology.The problems existing in the design and construction stage and the countermeasures for how to effectively solve these problems provide application value for the subsequent management of the project,and also provide a broader platform for the development of the subway project.
