With the gradual acceleration of the implementation of freight organization reform by China Railway,the transformation of railway freight to modern logistics is necessary.As the logistics financial business has the advantages of both logistics services and financial services,in the process of business development,the results of the win-win situation of all participating entities are realized.Therefore,the logistics financial model is increasingly favored by financing companies,logistics companies and financial institutions.Railway development of logistics financial services not only meets customer value needs,extends the railway enterprise service chain,expands the profit source of logistics services,and reflects the railway diversification development strategy.Based on the actual production and operation of railway enterprises,this paper analyzes the logistics financial model developed by China Storage Logistics,COSCO Logistics and Sinotrans Logistics,establishes the railway logistics financial business model selection index,and uses the intuitionistic fuzzy TOPSIS to select the logistics financial model suitable for the railway.The paper studies the operation mode of railway logistics financial business.Finally,it evaluates the financial risk of railway logistics through BP neural network model and proposes corresponding risk prevention and control measures.Based on this,this paper mainly studies the railway logistics financial services from the following aspects:(1)Conducting feasibility analysis on the four aspects of the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of logistics financial services,and analyzing the nine successful logistics financial business models from their business processes and entities.Four kinds of logistics financial models were selected including:the storage bill of lading mode,bonded warehouses mode,the supply chain mode and the franchise warehouse mode to provide reference for the choice of railway logistics financial mode.(2)Through the preliminary exploration of the logistics finance mode of railway enterprises,20 influencing factors are determined,and then 8 clustering systems are determined by clustering-grey correlation analysis.Using fuzzy TOPSIS method draw a conclusion that the storage bill of lading mode fit the railway logistics financial best.(3)Conducting logistics finance business for railway enterprises,analyzing the choice of target market(including the choice of pledge and customer selection),the operation of logistics financial business,and the pricing of logistics financial services.(4)Through the selection of the target market(including the selection of pledges and the choice of customers),it provides early reference for the railway enterprises to carry out logistics finance business,and divides the logistics financial business process into four stages,focusing on business pledge and business settlement.Conducting specific process analysis at each stage,and finally providing pricing reference for logistics enterprises to carry out logistics financial services through logistics financial service pricing model... |
