Rapid development of urban cold chain logistics under the new retail background, and the direct distribution of cold chain goods to consumers has become a new trend. As the B2C cold chain logistics distribution business is in the initial development stage, the demand is small, and the logistics cost of separate distribution is high, which restricts the further development of B2C cold chain distribution business. On the other hand, the B2B cold chain logistics distribution model is relatively mature, but thfere are also problems such as low vehicle utilization.Based on the characteristics of B2B and B2C urban cold chain distribution business under the new retail background, ihe 2B and 2C joint distribution modes are proposed, and the distribution path optimization problem under this model is studied. This thesis mainly makes the following work:(1)By analyzing the B2B and B2C urban cold chain distribution business under the new retail background, the thesis puts forward the necessity and feasibility of the two to achieve the joint distribution.Based on the in-depth combination of the two business characteristics,2B&2C fusion co-matching mode is rationally designed(2)Analyzing the distribution cost of urban cold chain logistics to construct the corresponding path optimization model.Firstly, the path optimization model under static demand is constructed. The objective function of the model is the lowest total distribution cost.Secondly, the path optimization model under dynamic demand is constructed. The objective function of the model is to minimize the additional distribution cost caused by inserting dynamic demand.(3)The two-stage method is used for solving. The genetic algorithm is used for global optimization of the model under static demand, and the distribution path under static demand is obtained. On this basis, the insertion method is used to partially optimize the distribution route under static demand to ensure the timeliness of vehicle distribution for the model under dynamic demand.(4)Selecting a distribution center in Beijing for analysis, and using the constructed model and corresponding algorithm to solve the cost of 2B and 2C co-distribution,the cost of 2B separate distribution and the cost of 2C separate distribution. The results show that the 2B&2C fusion co-allocation is beneficial to reduce the distribution cost of enterprises and provide a solution to the problem for related logistics enterprises.
