Research On The Optimization Of Cold Chain Logistics Joint Distribution Under The Background Of New Retail

With the upgrading of consumption and the development of technology,the new retail model is widely adopted by fresh food enterprises.In the entire cold chain logistics process,the distribution link from the distribution center to the store is very important.At present,most of the distribution is carried out separately.There are structural imbalance problems such as resource redundancy and inadequacy among the distribution centers,leading to resource waste and high distribution costs.This article proposes a common distribution model to address the above problems,and uses the cold chain logistics common distribution path and benefit distribution plan as The research object is analyzed.This article mainly studies the following work:(1)The optimization of the common delivery vehicle path considering the shared vehicle is studied,that is,the vehicle does not need to return to the original departure distribution center after the delivery is completed,and the nearest distribution center is allowed to stop.And designed a hybrid genetic algorithm to solve the model,using the natural number coding method,roulette selection and the best individual retention method to combine the strategy,using the tabu search algorithm to optimize the individual,and design the algorithm ratio and adaptive cross mutation operator.The multi-distribution center problem is solved by the holistic method.(2)Analyzed the common distribution benefit distribution problem of cold chain logistics,selected Shapley value method,Raiffa solution method and Nash negotiation method to carry out the initial benefit value distribution.In order to realize the fairness of benefit distribution,the evaluation index system was designed to affect the distribution center.Contribution is evaluated,and a modified Shapley value method based on AHP is constructed for benefit distribution.(3)Taking the three distribution centers in Shijiazhuang City and their store customers as an example to optimize their routes and benefit distribution,the MATLAB software was used to implement example calculations,and the costs before and after the joint distribution were compared and analyzed.It was found that the route was significantly optimized after the joint distribution was implemented.The cost is greatly reduced.The TOPSIS method is used to compare and evaluate the results obtained by the various benefit distribution methods,and the best benefit distribution plan is selected.It shows that the use of the modified Shapley value method for benefit distribution can make the distribution centers have higher satisfaction and provide common development in the context of new retail.The distribution model provides a certain reference.There are 25 figures,28 tables,and 61 references...
