Trucks are an important carrier of port transportation and bear the important task of picking up goods at bulk ports.There are many kinds of cargoes in the bulk port,and the delivery volume is large.The delivery process is initiated by the customer according to the needs.The randomness and instability of the arrival of the vehicle arrive at the port.It is easy to cause serious port congestion during the peak hours when the delivery vehicles are concentrated in the port,which seriously affects the port production and delivery efficiency.At present,the port's extensive delivery management mode is difficult to meet the needs,so the port needs to use the idea of lean management to optimize the delivery process by reservation mode.Improve the port's capacity for distribution,optimize resource allocation,improve customer satisfaction,reduce waste,and provide decision-making basis for port intelligent dispatching and management.It is necessary to make full use of the port resources to meet the customer's demand for delivery,and to reflect the flexibility and reliability of the appointment to ensure the implementation effect of the appointment.However,the mode of traditional timetable reservation is still difficult to satisfy the needs of today's refined management.This paper takes the pain point problem in port as the starting point,expounds the necessity and importance of the optimization of using reservation mode in the bulk port under lean management,analyzes and models according to the actual business,and completes the system construction work.Firstly,according to the actual business characteristics and the customer classification index establishment principle,the customer classification index is determined.The valid customer data in the Guangzhou Port Production Business System database is selected and clustered by K-Means to study the delivery strategies of different categories of customers,and adds the concept of priority to port picking.Secondly,describe the problem of reservation through the delivery process description,identify the key problems and propose an optimization mode of a drive's initial appointment with the work time residual value as the center-calculate the function of the indefinite time in the port-determine the final appointment time.On this basis,taking into account the port-side operation and the optimization of the yard resources,the reservation optimization model with the working time residual value matrix as the core is built,effectively portraying the multi-level queuing network in the port.And the two-layer genetic algorithm is used to solve the model using real data to verify the validity of the model.Finally,based on the original system and online business hall,J2EE technology is used to realize the reservation system.This paper studies the lean management of truck delivery from the perspective of customers and processes,provides lean services for different customers,effectively depicts the multi-level queuing network in the truck picking process,optimizes the delivery scheduling process,and refines the arrival time of vehicles.The system can assist the port to make appropriate resource allocation decisions.
