In recent years,China's auto industry has developed rapidly,at the same time,in China's current system of vehicle transportation,cargo transportation in the car is becoming more and more obvious comparative advantage in large-scale production pattern Ro-Ro transportation presents a vigorous development momentum,customer service quality put forward higher requirements for terminal,but the current port enterprise management of the customers are all relying on experience,not formed a set of value evaluation method and the principle of customer classification,customer do not have scientific management.Based on the port enterprise customer value as the research object,in combination with the practical operations of port enterprises,analyzed the factors of customer value,through the combination of brainstorming and expert scoring method to determine the customer value factors,and through the critical success factors analysis scores determine the relationship between primary and secondary factors that affect customer value,by the method of paired comparison method and expert grading method to determine the weights allocation,build customer value evaluation model,the customer classification management,formulate the implementation of customer classification management countermeasures and Suggestions,customer maintenance and management for the future work to provide theoretical support.
