With the implementation and deepening of the relevant policies of the national electricity reform and the rise of various new energy power generation enterprises,power consumers have more and more abundant power supply options.If power supply enterprises want to maintain the current market advantages,they must change their original business management concepts,establish the concept of customer-centered,improve service quality,and provide new power products and services to customers.High-quality power services to meet the different needs of various types of customers.For this reason,power customer management has gradually been the focus of more and more scholars and power supply enterprises.This paper takes Tianjin Port Electric Power Company as the research object,combines the regional characteristics of Tianjin Port,the special attributes of the electric power industry and the orientation of the enterprise's own responsibilities,establishes the customer grading evaluation model of Tianjin Port Electric Power Company,and puts forward the management strategy of differentiated power supply service and optimizes the internal management of the enterprise on the basis of the results of the grading evaluation of the electric power.Firstly,through the study of relevant literature on customer management theory at home and abroad,combined with the basic connotation and characteristics of customer classification in power industry,the preliminary index set of customer classification evaluation of Tianjin Port Electric Power Company is established.In the indicators,five indicators are designed in layer B,21 indicators are designed in layer C and 28 indicators are designed in layer D.Through questionnaires,experts are consulted on the construction of power customer rating evaluation index.The importance of each primary index are scored,and the average score,standard deviation and coefficient of variation of each index's importance and score are calculated.According to the calculation results,the index is screened and optimized.Finally,the index system of customer grading evaluation of Tianjin Port Electric Power Company at the present stage is constructed with four dimensions and 21 influencing factors:power supply Importance Grade evaluation,customer credit evaluation,electrical equipment configuration evaluation and operation safety management evaluation.On the basis of constructing the index system,this paper establishes the evaluation model of Tianjin Port Electric Power Company's customer classification,uses the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to analyze the weight of each index,and conducts a special study on the evaluation indicators of electric power customers,combines the quantitative index analysis and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of the qualitative index,and defines the evaluation method of grading evaluation index in four aspects to make the evaluation result of Tianjin Port Electric Power Company's customer classification more objective.Finally,through the example analysis,the comprehensive score of customers of Tianjin Port Electric Power Company is obtained,and four grades of power customers' grading evaluation are determined.On the basis of the results of customer grading evaluation,the paper puts forward corresponding differential service and incentive measures for Tianjin Port Electric Power Company,and optimizes the internal management of the enterprise.Compared with the previous research results,this paper combines the particularity of the power industry and the characteristics of the port industry,and constructs a more comprehensive grading evaluation index system and a more easy-to-operate evaluation method.It is not only of great significance for Tianjin Port Electric Power Company to avoid operational risks,effectively identify high-quality customers,improve operational efficiency and ensure power supply safety,but also provides some reference value for other power supply companies and port electric power enterprises in customer classification management.
