Since the reform and opening up,with the rapid development of economy,the gap between urban and rural areas are ambitious,to improve the national income,must solve the problem of agriculture,rural areas and farmers.In this environment,a series of policies and measures for the construction of the Party Central Committee under the new socialist countryside,Chinese set off a boom in the construction of new socialist countryside.This paper is to Jiangnan region of a small village,Huan Tan Village as an example discussed is introduced in detail,in urban transformation,we Huan Tan Village according to the geographical location,local traditional culture and ecological environment,Huan Tan Village gradually builds into a rural tourism based socialist new countryside.In this research project,Huan Tan Village Landscape Planning and design of the main content is:to perfect the whole village landscape planning,to repair the local inherent traditional cultural sites.At the same time,the crops in the village of limited land resources to develop more economic value,let the village with its inherent resources to attract foreign visitors sightseeing is the main mode of development,in the rural landscape planning and design of the rational use of resources,innovation and transformation of the natural environment and adhere to the principles of sustainable development to realize Huan Tan Village Rural Tourism target.The development of rural tourism has been a turning point for the rural residents who have been taking the small peasant economy as the main income.This paper on Huan Tan Village the actual situation of the research and analysis,the existence of the solution of problems one by one put forward and solve.This transformation is mainly preserving the original building skeleton without moving,for the appearance of the building repair renovation,re planning the layout of the landscape environment of the irrational,damaged public facilities replaced new.The new rural reconstruction provides favorable conditions for the development of village tourism,provide a beautiful environment for Huan Tan Village People’s life,improve the original mode of economic development of the villagers.To summarize the results of the theory of the new countryside reconstruction project,can for the future construction of the new socialist countryside in China to provide some useful reference and enlightenment.
