| In recent years,the scale of China’s construction industry has increased year by year.The management model of the construction industry is relatively backward.People always have the impression that the construction site is dirty and messy.We have a high demand for site management in the era of rapid development of information technology and artificial intelligence technology.With the advent of the concept of Smart Earth and Smart City,site management also conforms to the smart of the times.Smart site is a new research field,which has developed rapidly in recent two years.In the process of development,people have different understanding of its concept,and the smart site has not formed theoretical results.The purpose of this paper is to improve the front-line working mode,improve the management efficiency and change the traditional management of the site.This paper takes cybernetics and integrated management theory as the theoretical basis of smart site research.In the research of smart site construction,first of all,it divides the development stages of smart site in China,and defines the concept and connotation of smart site with the development of science and technology.Through literature reading and visiting,the current situation of construction site management in China is investigated.and the main problems in construction site management in China are concluded.Causality diagram analysis method is used to analyze the construction site management problems,and to clarify the outstanding problems existing in the construction site management at this stage.This paper uses cybernetics to analyze the functional structure of smart site,so as to enable it to be in a stable management mode through information collection,transmission,feedback and control in a complex and changeable dynamic environment.Under the concept of integrated management,the system function modules of smart site are designed.Through the establishment of smart site management platform,all kinds of software and hardware in site management are integrated and managed,and five subsystems are associated,which are field intelligent monitoring system,site personnel management system,engineering material management system,mechanical equipment management system and engineering target management system.Each system is interrelated to form an organic whole.Considering the relationship between production factors and construction objectives,the system can collect,process and feedback site information to achieve control function.Finally,the paper makes a case study of the implementation of smart site,evaluates the management effect of smart site by using the method of fuzzy evaluation,and fully demonstrates its role in site management.Under the current requirements of the construction industry for the development of smart sites in our country,the study of smart sites in this paper has reference significance for the standardization construction of smart sites.The research contents of this paper can provide reference for the future research of smart site,and provide basis for the construction industry to implement smart site in an all-round way.It is of great significance to the information development of the construction industry and the information management of construction enterprises.It has a driving significance for the gradual formation of the smart site theory.The construction of the smart site can solve many problems in the construction site management.Based on the research conclusions,the future development direction of the smart site is proposed. |
