Vocational College Campus Design Based On Regional Culture Perspective

As China enters a new stage of development,industrial upgrading and economic restructuring are accelerating.The demand for technical personnel in all walks of life is becoming more and more urgent,and the important position and role of vocational education is becoming more and more prominent.Under the demand of the market and posts,the number of higher vocational students are increasing,which has aroused the construction boom of higher vocational colleges.The construction of campus landscapes in higher vocational colleges has also become a hot topic.However,due to the competition in the market and the lack of funds and energy of the school,the campus landscape of higher vocational colleges is only superficial construction.At the same time,under the influence of western campus construction,the campus landscape is even more one-sided,losing its regional characteristics.Traditionally,studying from the perspective of campus culture is only to study the campus itself,can not meet the integration of higher vocational colleges and cities and their future construction and development.This paper expands the research field to study the campus landscape from the perspective of regional culture,and integrates the national characteristics,urban spirit,corporate culture and campus culture into the campus landscape of higher vocational colleges,so as to create a regional,cultural,professional and conteruporary campus environment of Higher Vocational colleges.From the micro level,this paper discusses the influence of the natural and human elements of regional culture on the campus landscape of higher vocational colleges,and the inheritance and innovation of the campus landscape of higher vocational colleges to regional culture.Through the deep interpretation of the regional cultural elements and the campus landscape elements of higher vocational colleges,the expression channels and expression methods of regional culture in the landscape design of higher vocational colleges are further summarized and discussed.Taking the campus landscape design of Hohhot Vocational College as an example,from the perspective of regional culture,we will build a campus environment of regional colleges,cultures,occupations and times,to create a sense of belonging for teachers and students and visitors,and to create a unique campus landscape.
