Energy is an indispensable element for a region and a country to develop.Energy consumption can promote a country's economic development in the long run,but the effects of different kinds of energy proportion on promoting or inhibiting economic growth are different. This paper attempts to analyze and study the relationship between different types of energy consumption and economic growth, and the proportion of energy,so as to provide detailed reference for China's economic development in coordinating energy structure and balancing energy consumption. Therefore, the total energy consumption and economic growth are comprehensively analyzed, and the regional gross domestic product, energy consumption and energy consumption of 30 provinces are considered in the same coordinate system. In the long run, there is a causal relationship between energy consumption and regional economic growth. Moreover, the absolute increase of energy consumption alone does not always promote economic growth, but should improve the energy consumption structure. This paper collects the energy consumption and GDP of 30 provinces or autonomous regions except Tibet from2006 to 2015,and further divides the total energy consumption into five categories: coal, oil and gas, natural gas, heat and electricity. The econometric model is constructed based on these data. The change of the relationship between the two regions can be directly reflected by autoregressive empirical analysis. The impact of different types of energy consumption on economic growth in different regions is different.According to the results of the econometric model, the reasons for these differences are analyzed in depth.Suggestions for regional economic growth in China are put forward according to the regional gross domestic product and energy advantages of different regions in eastern, western and central China.According to theoretical analysis and empirical research, energy consumption types in different regions play an important role in promoting the economic development of different regions, and some will slow down the local economic development. This is because different regions adopt different policies and have different types of energy. For example, the eastern region is rich in water resources, the western region has more wind energy, and nuclear energy can be developed in places with low population density.Yes,in addition, there are abundant coal in some areas and so on,which are the reasons for the differences. While the economy is growing, energy consumption is becoming more and more important.Scholars at home and abroad are constantly studying the relationship between energy consumption and economic growth. This paper focuses on the impact of different regional energy consumption differences on regional economic growth.Through analysis,we can find that the total energy consumption in the eastern, central and western regions of China can always promote the increase of regional GDP,that is to say, there is a positive correlation between regional energy consumption and regional economic growth. The eastern region has the highest GDP and the largest total energy consumption;the central region has the second place, and the total energy consumption is also lower than the eastern region;the western region has a backward level of economic development and the lowest energy consumption, which also shows that regional energy consumption and regional economic development are closely related, that is,the rise of regional energy consumption will stimulate regional energy livelihood.Gross output and accelerated regional economic growth will also increase energy consumption.
