With the rapid development of economy and the continuous progress of urbanization, the construction industry,as the main industry involved in social development, has achieved unprecedented development. At the same time, the negative problems such as the deterioration of the ecological environment and the waste of natural resources caused by the construction project have gradually attracted people's attention. In addition, green construction plays an important role in improving the enterprise's own ability and image, establishing brand strategy and upgrading the enterprise. In order to protect the ecological environment, reduce the unreasonable use of natural resources and enhance the market competitiveness of construction enterprises, green construction will inevitably become an important way to achieve long-term development of the construction industry. However, construction enterprises are still restricted by many obstacles, leading to the implementation of green construction is not smooth sailing,is still in the primary stage of development. In addition, with the complex changes and influences of the environment faced by construction enterprises, the hindrance factors are also changing constantly. Therefore, this paper applies scientific and technical methods to explore and analyze the hindrance mechanism of green construction, which is of great significance for the long-term development of the construction industry and construction enterprises.Green construction has many advantages compared with traditional construction, resource conservation, improve the quality of construction, less disturbance on the ecological environment, improve the production efficiency, and the advantages of building energy efficiency, especially in the construction optimization and upgrading of industrial structure in recent years as well as the"area" initiative to promote implementation of the background, the advantages of green construction is more outstanding. However, due to the restrictions of various obstacles, there are multiple obstacles for construction enterprises to implement green construction. This paper analyzes and studies the hindrance factors in the implementation of green construction in construction enterprises, aiming to explore and analyze the hindrance mechanism of factors on green construction, break down the resistance more effectively, and facilitate the promotion and development of green construction.Based on the research of relevant literature at home and abroad, this paper collects and sorts out the obstacles to the implementation of green construction. The factors that hinder the implementation of green construction are optimized, summarized and summarized by using the method of expert interview.By sorting out the sample data of the questionnaire and normalizing it,SPSS software was used to complete the reliability and validity test of the sample data. And at the completion of the structure of bayesian network to build, will meet the test requirements of the sample data import GeNIe2.1 software, for learning bayesian network parameters, building the appraisal model of bayesian networks is green construction, finally to analyze the inference of bayesian network model of green construction key obstacles, green construction block mechanism are obtained. On this basis, the empirical analysis of green construction projects proves that the bayesian network green construction evaluation model can evaluate the hindrance factors of green construction projects, and puts forward targeted countermeasures to prevent and circumvent green construction projects,in the hope of helping construction enterprises to reduce the implementation resistance of green construction projects.
