| In recent years,due to the weakening of financial dividend and the increasingly stringent environmental protection,the traditional construction methods have to face the demand of transformation and upgrading,and the assembled building mainly using dry construction has brought great changes to the traditional construction industry.Therefore,in recent years,assembled buildings have received more policy incentives and market promotion.However,from the perspective of the development trend and market share of assembled buildings,due to the lack of industrial workers and slow technological upgrading,the market share of assembled buildings is relatively low compared with developed countries,coupled with unbalanced regional development,construction and management of relevant main units Uneven makes the large-scale expansion of assembled buildings face many obstaclesThis research studies the promotion and implementation of assembled building by the construction unit,the main body of investment in assembled construction projects.Through the analysis of the research results of relevant literature at home and abroad and the actual engineering cases,this research studies the factors hindering the promotion and implementation of assembled building,and explores the countermeasures to promote the development of assembled building industrialization.The main research work of this research includes:(1)This research combs the existing research results,summarizes the characteristics of assembled building and its construction process,analyzes a series of obstacles encountered in the promotion process of assembled buildings from the perspective of construction units,looks for mathematical models to solve complex problems,and points out the adaptability of Bayesian network in the analysis and deduction process of implementation obstacles of assembled buildings.(2)Based on the opinions of practical and academic experts,this research selects,summarizes and summarizes the identified obstacles to the implementation of assembled buildings,obtains the sample data by issuing questionnaires,and uses the principal component analysis method to conduct dimensional reduction analysis,and uses the structural learning function of Bayesian network to model the implementation hindrance model of assembled buildings.(3)Through the Bayesian network theory,this research analyzes the obstacles to the implementation of assembled buildings.Using genie2.1 software to study the parameters of Bayesian network and reasoning analysis,the sensitive factors that hinder the implementation of assembled building and the transmission mechanism of causation are obtained.Finally,the model validation analysis of the actual assembled building project is carried out to prove the rationality and universal adaptability of the Bayesian network model for the implementation of assembled building,and put forward countermeasures for the sensitive obstacles,so as to promote the implementation of assembled construction projects by the construction units. |
