The Activation And Protection Design Of Huizhou Traditional Residences

With the acceleration of the modernization process in the world today,some traditional houses with regional and contemporary characteristics and certain research value are quietly disappearing.It is urgent to protect these non-renewable historical resources.However,the simple prototype protection method cannot meet the needs of social economy and people's life,so the concept of activation protection is put forward.At present,the research on activation protection of traditional buildings is at an exploratory stage,and more experts and scholars are needed to devote themselves to this field to further study and formulate the basic criteria for activation protection.The balance between the protection of ancient buildings and the creation of commercial value needs to be studied according to the actual situation of the specific object of practice.This paper takes the NanPing BanTaShan House in YiCounty as the main research object.Starting from two aspects of practical case study and related theoretical research,it analyses the main points,difficulties and classification of activation protection in the activation protection of ancient buildings,finds out the main problems existing in it,and then combines the three specific conditions of the Banta Mountain House building: functional space,movement chart and decorative style.Planning and proposing a feasible protective activation renovation scheme.In this scheme,the activation protection is initially divided into three different levels.According to different levels,the arrangement of functional space and the formulation of decorative style are carried out.Four basic requirements are put forward for the planning of the space design of the NanPing BanTaShan House according to the three types of activate protection.First,Reasonable protection and repair of the building itself should be carried out.Second,meet the needs of homeowners for modern living space and quality of life,the needs of tourists for touring experience and customers' needs for accommodation and catering.Third,meet the needs of modern production mode and create economic value.Fourth,maintain the characteristics of traditional Huizhou dwellings while highlighting the characteristics of the NanPing Banta Mountain House.On this basis,a comprehensive protective design of the interior space of the BanTaShan House is carried out.Through the practice of this design scheme,I hope to provide some ideas and help for the activation and protection of the traditionalbuildings of the same type as the NanPing BanTaShan House.
