Study On The Space Design Of The Homestay Reflected From Huizhou Traditional Dwellings

Nowadays people lifestyle changes result in huizhou traditional residence cannot cope with modern life demand,some houses,long time no living,the occurrence of the phenomenon of huizhou traditional residence caused a certain degree damage.The appearance of the home stay facility provides a new outlet for the protection of traditional houses in huizhou.But because of huizhou traditional dwellings in use between the home stay facility and there is little difference in function and space layout,the fusion between the destined to encounter a big challenge.The early stage of this article,through the study of the theory of the huizhou traditional residence and home stay facility,culture and local characteristics of huizhou traditional residence have deep understanding,clarify the concept of home stay facility and difference with the traditional hotel,for the huizhou traditional residence to the home stay facility design theory basis.Then through field survey on the current status of the huizhou region of the home stay facility,combined with zhanggongguan and yipingenglou two actual cases,analysis summary in huizhou home stay facility design existing in the renovation design overall level is low,the problem of the unreasonable design style and part of the same transformation,late for home stay facility renovation design method for the exploration direction,according to the problems,find solutions to strategy,the author respectively from huizhou traditional residence,functional layout planning of the protection and maintenance,imagery,the application of traditional materials and design,display decoration and color composition for huizhou traditional residence transformation type of home stay facility design method in this paper.In the end,this paper studies the design of “yu taku”in huangshan mountain.Determining the fundamental tone of the project by studying the location and status of the project;Through the study of huizhou culture,to extract the huizhou culture elements in the design,carries on the transformation and design again,to put forward the design strategy of practical application to projects,and from the entrance space,lobby space,room space,recreational space,atrium space five parts to present the project design,to realize the combination of theory and the time,for the huizhou traditional home stay facility type of home stay facility space design has reference significance,for its future development play a positive role.
