In recent years,the research on the transformation of urban village has gradually attracted the attention of the government and the society.Most of the research is about the research of the characteristics of the villages in the city,the research of the village in the city,the formation process and the evolution mechanism,the position and function of the village in city,the city environment,the image,the economic development,the management,the construction and so on.Specific implementation of the reform plan is very little research,not even.While in recent years the government and villages in the transformation of the program,but there is no one in the village has been completely transformed and completely integrated into the city.As the problem of the village in the city is becoming more and more prominent,it has seriously affected the pace of urbanization in our country,the specific transformation of the village in the city has become an unavoidable fact.Lingqiu County Wu Ling Zhen City village renovation planning design scheme is proposed in this paper,first of all on the macro background and domestic and foreign related research are analyzed,can learn and understand the foreign urban renewal,slum rebuilding process and the changes of the times changing of transformation,realize the transformation of urban village is a gradual process,in the process of transformation to protection and modification,protective development.Through the study of literature and of the domestic city village renovation case analysis and field visits,visits and other access to relevant information,understand the necessity of reconstruction of the village of Lingqiu Wu Ling Zhen background,existing problems and transformation,combined with the related theory research and case analysis,summary of Lingqiu Wu Lingzhen transformation of key,difficulty and the transformation principle,Wu Ling Zhen's reconstruction plan is proposed.Specific programs:first of all,through the analysis of the background,the analysis of the current conditions of villages in the city of Wu Ling Zhen,planning for the transformation of philosophy and objectives of the strategy proposed and the villages in Wu Ling Zhen were the overall transformation of the uniform design and do a good job in the urban village reform implementation plan.Second,explore the Wu Ling Zhen Village Reconstruction to drive economic development project planning,which is to protect Chengzhongcun transformation after walking on a mature urban road way.Finally,the recent selection of key plots to be implemented in the near future,to make specific reform program,which will become the first step in the transformation of villages in the city.Hope that through the research of this paper,it makes a theoretical demonstration of the county's urban village reconstruction scheme,making it more convincing,more feasible to implement.And provide a reference for the planning and design of urban village reconstruction in the future.
