Study On Transformation Model Of Urban Village In Main Urban Area Of Xi'an

Under the background of new urbanization,urban development has higher requirements for the transformation of urban villages.At present,many villages in the city still retain the material and non material heritage rich in traditional culture,such as the common ancestral shrines,archways,and common social fires in the north of the southern villages.These cultural heritages are attached to the local villagers' characteristics of emotion and historical and cultural information,which are essential to the protection of our cultural heritage.Content.In the past,the transformation of villages in cities rarely paid much attention to these cultural heritages,which caused many cultural heritage destruction.With the rapid development of China's economic level,the improvement of the people's material living standard and the increasing demand for the construction of spiritual civilization,it is imminent to protect the cultural heritage of the village in the city,and the former mode of reconstruction of the village in the city needs new exploration and research.In this paper,through the analysis of the development of the village in Xi'an,the current problems,the transformation model,and the mode of transformation in the city village,we hope to help the village transformation mode and the cultural heritage protection in the city village in the ancient capital of Xi'an.The first part is to discuss the background,purpose and significance of the study,then determine the object and scope of the research,and analyze the status of the research at home and abroad.Finally,the research method and framework of the paper are determined in the end.The second part: through the investigation of the present situation of the village in Xi'an City,this paper analyzes the basic information of the village in the scope of the study,and the author determines the main object of this study.The third part analyzes the research status and level of the old city transformation campaign and urban renewal at home and abroad,and discusses the reference for the transformation mode of our cities.The fourth part: at the same time,in the study of the problems existing in the city village,the model of the village transformation in the city is analyzed,and the characteristics and advantages and disadvantages of the current mode of village transformation in Xi'an city are summarized,and the theoretical support is provided for the following research.The fifth part: according to the first four parts of the study,the author summarizes several models of the village transformation in the city,puts forward its own model conception,and puts forward the reform strategy through the analysis of cases,and points out that in the new background of the new urbanization of the country,we should think and improve the pattern of the demolition of the whole village in the past.While promoting the development of urban construction,we should pay attention to the continuation of historical context and village texture,and protect the historical and cultural heritage of villages in cities.
