Identification And Evaluation Of Construction Risk In Water Conservancy Construction Enterprises

The construction of water conservancy projects has become an important point of social and economic growth,but if there is no good risk management,it is difficult to achieve the desired results.Because the human,material and financial resources involved in water conservancy construction projects are very complex,how to integrate many construction elements and find a reasonable operation mode is an urgent problem for construction units.The construction of water resources is a project with great influence.It will not only bring about the impact on the surrounding environment in the early stage of the construction process and the construction process,but also a time bomb after the completion of the construction,which will endanger the safety of the use of water resources at all times.Therefore,it is of great significance to guard against construction risks of water conservancy projects.In order to fully guard against the construction risks of water conservancy projects,it is necessary to explore a set of risk assessment models suitable for water conservancy projects.Therefore,based on the characteristics of water conservancy construction projects,this paper through the analysis of the present situation of risk management of water conservancy construction projects,finds that there are the following risks in water conservancy construction projects: mainly time limit risk,safety risk,technical risk,environmental risk and cost risk.This paper evaluates and evaluates the risk of X construction project of Y Company by using analytic hierarchy process,and draws the following conclusions: The overall risk of X construction project of Y Company belongs to a higher scope mainly.Because of the tight construction period the objective environment of raw material cost control and safe construction in cross-flood season,which causes high risk and needs to be prevented emphatically.In view of the risk management mode in water conservancy construction project the solution is put forward.It includes how to combine the traditional risk management theory with the construction time of water conservancy projects,then concrete method of investigating the risk of water conservancy construction project and the precautionary measures are put forward.
