In order to improve the technology and management level of the own water plant and further accelerate the information construction of the self-supplied water plant,this paper designs and implements a set of self-contained water according to the actual needs of the self-provided water plant,combined with advanced and mature computer and communication technology.The factory produces information management office system to realize effective resource sharing,timely information communication and automatic operation of office processes.The system design of this paper is based on the three-tier architecture,using Microsoft SQL Server 2008 database,and using C# language for system development under Microsoft Visual Studio 2012 platform.According to the analysis of system requirements,the system is divided into six functional modules: user management,organization personnel management,daily office management,vehicle management,water quality inspection management and system management.The water quality monitoring and management module mainly tests the water quality of the water collection point of the self-provided water plant,strictly controls the water quality of the self-provided water plant,and stores the data obtained through on-site water quality observation and monitoring into the database.In addition,it not only manages the storage and delivery of the production equipment of the water plant,but also records the basic information of the water plant equipment and the operation and maintenance.In combination with the actual vehicle flow,the vehicle management module is designed to improve the efficiency of the staff,facilitate the management and dispatch of the bus,save management costs,and reduce the cost of using the vehicle.Finally,the system was rigorously tested,and the system functions were all implemented to meet the information management needs of the self-supplied water plant.
