The market is more and more mature today,the traditional manufacturing enterprises are under more and more pressure,how to provide high quality products? services and competitive prices in the meantime can maintain or increase their profitability,employee satisfaction become a big problem for management team of manufacturing companies thinking about,the Lean quality daily management(LQDM)system based on good genes of lean production and total quality management,as many domestic and foreign enterprises to win the market competition assistant.In this thesis,Learned and studied the origin and theoretical basis of lean production and quality management methods.Describe the content?process and method of lean quality daily management system.Aiming at the problem of decreasing customer satisfaction and increasing cost of B Company,Use the Lean quality management Kanban system to measure the quality target every day,and find out the root cause of the 5WHY analysis mode,and use correct action tracking table to track and improve the results.Also including the quality control method of SPC process control,the key factor analysis method of Palton and lean improvement tools of 5S management?pull production plan? VMI inventory management skills? Technical matrix training plan,total equipment maintenance to monitor and track the process of continuous improvement.After B Company performed the implementation of Lean quality management,effectively enhance the order delivery on time,reduce customer return DPPM,shorten order delivery cycle time,customer satisfaction has been greatly improved well;B company is also due to the implementation of Lean quality daily management,reduce scrap rate and reduce the quality cost,increasing inventory turnover rate significantly improve the utilization of funds and reduce the cost of supply chain,PPV?POV of the favorable difference and the higher productivity reduces the manufacturing cost of the product.In China,where labor costs are getting higher and higher,B Company can reduce the actual cost through Lean quality daily management,which is a very good inspiration to the traditional manufacturing industry.In this thesis,through the analysis of the establishment of B Company,Lean quality management system implementation and evaluation of the whole process,summed up the successful implementation of Lean quality daily management experience,to provide a relatively complete reference model for the traditional manufacturing industry to introduce and implement Lean quality daily management.
