After 30 years of continuous development,the Chinese passenger car market has shifted from an incremental market to a stock market.The competition among automobile companies for market share has become more intense,partially manifested by an increase in fixed costs for individual vehicles.In addition,with the arrival of the era of automotive customization,the delivery mode of automobiles has shifted towards personalized and agile delivery.Since 2020,major emergencies such as "core shortage" and "epidemic" have caused global car companies to shut down and stop production.Faced with various pressures such as cost,market,and external environment,DV car companies,as traditional joint venture car companies,not only need to actively improve product research and manufacturing,but also need to break through the concept of single enterprise management,adopt collaborative supply chain management,continuously improve the mechanism of supply chain management,reduce the overall cost of the supply chain,and enhance the market competitiveness of the enterprise.This paper is based on the basic theoretical knowledge of modern supply chain management and combined with the results of research on mainstream domestic car companies.Firstly,it analyzes the current situation of supply chain management in DV car companies and identifies the problems: firstly,there is a lack of functional institutions for supply chain management;Secondly,procurement management tends to be cost oriented and lacks attention to long-term value;Thirdly,the low execution rate of production plans and inaccurate logistics plans have led to chaotic delivery of parts;Fourthly,inventory management and transportation management methods are outdated,and effective management measures have not been developed for supply chain risks and costs;Fifth,there is a "chimney" phenomenon in the construction of supply chain related information,and information in internal and external supply chain links cannot be shared.Due to the lack of systematic planning for supply chain management,DV Company’s supply chain operation is disrupted,lacking collaboration,and resulting in high inventory of parts and vehicles.After identifying the root cause of the problem,the following optimization plan has been formulated: 1.Establish a supply chain management committee to coordinate the management of all aspects of the supply chain inside and outside the enterprise;2.Implement supplier classification management to solve the contradiction between win-win cooperation and cost reduction in procurement;3.Establish a collaborative mechanism between production and sales,and improve the calculation logic of material demand planning to form a closed loop for plan formulation and execution;4.Reduce the overall inventory cost of the supply chain through ABC value classification and joint inventory management;5.Improve the supply chain information management system,establish an OTWB supply chain information management platform,and achieve vertical and horizontal connectivity of the supply chain.Finally,by implementing the guarantee measures for the optimization plan,we can ensure the smooth implementation of the optimization plan and achieve the optimization goals of DV car enterprise supply chain collaboration,efficiency,and low-cost.
