Since the beginning of the new century,the trend of global economic integration has become increasingly evident,and the competition among enterprises has become increasingly fierce.In order to cope with the increasingly fierce competition,enterprises need to strengthen various aspects of capabilities,such as operations management,cost management,research and development capabilities.While strengthening the advantages internally,enterprises also need to cooperate with external parties,such as logistics service providers.Among these parties,suppliers,as an indispensable part,will play a decisive role in the success or failure of enterprises.A lot of materials with high quality,short material delivery time,and long-term cooperation with price advantage suppliers are indispensable for the steady development of the company.Among these factors,quality is always in a very important position,and more and more companies are beginning to manage supplier quality management as a very important content.As a global leader in the wheelchair industry,P Company has acquired cost advantages in response to increasing competition and the transfer of parts of high-cost parts from Europe &America to China.However,in this process,P Company's supplier quality management also has problems.This thesis takes the problem of supplier quality management of P Company as the research object,and uses the questionnaire survey method and Characteristic factor map to analyze the reasons for the problems encountered by P Company in supplier quality management.Based on the TQM theory,using Plato analysis,supplier performance evaluation,PDCA cycle and other methods,the improvement plan for P supplier quality management issues is proposed in the following aspects: Supplier evaluation and supplier auditing document optimization,supplier quality management process improvement during new material introduction stage,establishment of key supplier continuous improvement management mechanism,improvement of supplier performance evaluation mechanism,supplier quality guidance and supervision mechanism establishment.And detailed improvement plans have been proposed for all five aspects.Finally,the implementation effects of these improvements are analyzed and the subsequent research is prospected.The improvement scheme of this thesis is based on the quality management theory.The supplier management theory combines the actual situation of P supplier quality management to improve the problems of P Company in supplier quality management,and also improves the quality management of the supplier to some extent.It is hoped that these improvement schemes can play a certain reference role for similar enterprises that carry out small batch and multi-variety processing.
