It is well known that a car is assembled from a total of 34 systems and more than 20,000 parts.As the structure of the global economy changes,enterprises in emerging countries account for a larger share of manufacturing in global manufacturing enterprises.As a developing country,the share of Chinese manufacturing in global manufacturing is also increasing.China's manufacturing share grew rapidly in 2014,accounting for about 20%.Manufacturing industry is the main body of the national economy,is the tool to revitalize the country,is the foundation of the powerful.In the wave of industrial development,many foreign auto parts suppliers have begun to enter the Chinese market,some suppliers choose to establish R & amp;d and technology centers in China,some suppliers choose to cooperate with domestic companies,while others produce and assemble directly in China,and then sell directly in the domestic market.Although foreign investment into the Chinese market can provide China's automotive industry with advanced management concepts and advanced technical support,but also for China's domestic auto parts manufacturers to bring the pressure to survive.Due to the lack of independent R & d capacity and shortage of funds,the domestic auto parts market is basically monopolized by large multinational companies.In the 2012,China's auto market was 469 billion yuan,accounting for only about 10% of the global auto market.The proportion of China's auto market has increased to around 20% in 2018.Automobile parts industry is the foundation of the development of automobile industry,with the intensification of market competition,the world's major automakers have reformed their supply systems,implemented global production and procurement strategies,and eventually led to the separation of the automotive parts manufacturing industry from the entire automotive industry,independent market-oriented.The divestiture between automakers and auto parts suppliers has increased their specialization,and auto parts suppliers are becoming more involved in the development and production of cars.In the modern market economy,competition is ubiquitous,the Chinese automobile market with great potential for development attracts the world's major auto parts manufacturers to invest in factories,in the future,the automotive parts market competition will become increasingly fierce.How the company can survive in such a fierce competition,the establishment of an effective competition mechanism to solve these problems,it is worth every traditional auto parts company to think.North Australia Auto Parts Co.,Ltd.is a domestic enterprise,the production of automotive cooler and condenser and other cooling systems.Using the knowledge of strategic management,according to the actual situation of the enterprise,this paper studies and formulates a competitive strategy suitable for the development of North Australia Auto Parts Co.,Ltd.This article is divided into four chapters.The first chapter is the introduction part,expounds the content and significance of the thesis,enterprise strategic management and development strategy,and related theoretical knowledge of automobile parts industry.Secondly,it tells the situation and problems of the enterprise.thirdly,and analyzes the internal and external environment of the company.the advantages and disadvantages of the North Australia enterprise itself,analyzes the opportunities and challenges of the automobile parts industry in the current national economy,Then using SWOT matrix theory,the competition strategy suitable for enterprises is worked out.Last,put forward the development of four implementation measures: Expand production capacity,control cost,enhance technological capabilities,develop spare parts market,in order to ensure implementation of the development strategy,four strategic management measures are proposed: financial security,information management,human resources and enterprise culture construction.
