| In recent years,with the gradual improvement of our national citizens’living standards,the number of vehicles maintains rapid growth in traffic,the proportion of automobile related consumption is also increasing year by year,and the after-sales maintenance and modification of automobiles are booming.As the exclusive authorized parts company of Beijing Hyundai Automobile,how to grasp the market opportunities,make use of the company’s resources and capabilities,formulate appropriate strategies,solve existing problems,occupy a larger parts market,and achieve strategic success is a subject that needs to be studied for company B.Taking company B as the research object,this paper introduces the current operation status and problems encountered by company B.First,the PEST model analysis method is used to analyze the macro government policy,economic environment,social culture,industry technology and other external environment of company B.And then the Porter’s Five Forces Model is used to analyze the existing industry environment of the automotive aftermarket.Then,we use value chain analysis and VRIO model analysis to study the business ability and resource ability of company B,and identify the internal advantages and disadvantages of company B’s market competition.Next,we use SWOT analysis method to comprehensively and objectively analyze the internal advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and threats of company B,and study different strategic combinations.Finally,we select the differentiation strategy according to the actual situation of company B,formulate the strategy implementation method and draw a competitive strategy for reference.Through the research contents and conclusions of this paper,on the one hand,it can provide reference for the development of company B and the choice of company B’s market competition strategy,and help company B obtain market competitive advantages;On the other hand,it can also provide reference for other auto parts enterprises to choose their competitive strategies. |
