Commercial vehicles are an important transportation tool necessary for national economic development and infrastructure construction,and play an important role in national defense,urban construction and logistics.In recent years,with the continuous deepening of the internationalization process of China's commercial vehicle companies,enterprises have stepped up their in-depth exploration of overseas markets.Russia is the country with the best automobile industry and the largest market in the Eurasian Economic Union.Its huge commercial vehicle market demand attracts many Chinese automobile companies,and the Russian market has become a must for overseas expansion of commercial vehicle companies.With the deepening of China's “One Belt,One Road” initiative,Russia has become one of the target markets of China.Therefore,FAW Group has established Far East Motor Co.,Ltd.in Russia.The core content of this paper is to find out the problems of the commercial vehicle strategy of Far East Automobile Co.,Ltd.,and propose a targeted competitive strategy to enhance the influence of FAW Group's commercial vehicle brand in the Russian market and promote the further development of FAW Group's overseas business.Chapter 1 of the thesis briefly introduces the research background,significance,content and methods of this paper.Chapter 2 of the thesis introduces the overseas status of FAW Group and the general situation of Far East Automobile Co.,Ltd.,and finds out the main problems in the competitive strategy of Far East Automobile Co.,Ltd.through a large amount of research data.Chapter 3 of the thesis,firstly,through the analysis of the macroeconomic environment,legal environment,social environment and commercial vehicle industry environment of the Russian commercial vehicle market,the external environment of the commercial vehicle of Far East Automobile Co.,Ltd.is elaborated,and the external Opportunities and threats in the environment.Secondly,through the analysis of data and market research,the product types,research and development capabilities,product supply capabilities and sales service capabilities of the commercial vehicles of Far East Automobile Co.,Ltd.were analyzed,and the advantages and disadvantages of Far East Automobile Co.,Ltd.were obtained.Finally,a SWOT comprehensive analysis of the internal environment and the external environment was carried out.Chapter 4 of the thesis,through various dimensions such as product price and R&D capability,clarifies the competitive strategy of the commercial vehicle of Far East Automobile Co.,Ltd.,and adopts the differentiated strategy of three aspects: market positioning differentiation,product design differentiation and after-sales service differentiation..And provide support for human resources organization,after-sales service,financial derivatives,etc.for the effective implementation of the strategy to ensure the formulation and implementation of the strategy.The research in this paper has certain theoretical significance,academic value and practical application value for the expansion and sustainable development of the commercial vehicle market of Far East Automobile Co.,Ltd.And hope to provide a useful reference for the development of Far East Auto Co.,Ltd.
