With the continuous advancement of display technology and the rapid development of the economy,the transformation and upgrading of the display industry in recent years has also been very rapid,which has made the competition in this industry extremely fierce.At the same time,with the increasing material life of modern society,people put forward more and higher requirements for the quality of life.Especially in the field of commercial display,more and more customers have put forward new demands for product diversification and humanization,which makes enterprises have to re-examine the commercial display market,conduct in-depth research on the industry,and identify their own market positioning.,to make innovative products,and then quickly occupy the market.Sichuan Changhong Group,as a veteran color TV enterprise with military background,is based on the quality of military industry and has been ranked among the top 100 in China’s home appliance industry for many years.Despite this,Changhong Electronics wants to gain a foothold in the commercial market and make a big difference,and also conduct marketing strategy research on its products.This paper takes Sichuan Changhong Electronics’ commercial display product marketing strategy as the research object,and develops a marketing strategy suitable for Sichuan Changhong Electronics Company through macro strategic planning,in-depth market analysis,detailed industry segmentation and precise market positioning.By analyzing the environment,industry products,industry customers and competitors of Sichuan Changhong Electronics Co.,we have found the advantages and disadvantages of the company,the opportunities and threats it faces,so that the company can better utilize its advantages,avoid disadvantages and seize opportunities.And resolve the threat.By comparing with other excellent companies and competitors,we will implement product differentiation,continue to promote product innovation,precision pricing,reduce costs and increase efficiency,and thus enhance product competitiveness,and quickly and permanently occupy the commercial display market market.This marketing strategy is of great significance for improving the present situation of Changhong,improving personnel quality and service efficiency,optimizing product structure and management processes,improving product quality and brand recognition,and consolidating Changhong Electronics’ leading position in the commercial display industry.This paper combines theory with practice,and starts planning at the top of the company to develop practical marketing strategies.Through the use of demand competition comparative analysis,PEST analysis,SWOT analysis,Porter five force model and other analytical methods;and using 7P marketing theory,network marketing theory,integrated marketing theory,etc.,Changhong Electronics company commercial display products market segmentation and positioning Finally,develop a marketing strategy that suits the company.The important conclusion of this paper is that in order to continue to exist and continue to develop in the highly competitive commercial display industry,Sichuan Changhong Electronics Co.,Ltd.must be mapping out a strategy and far-sighted;On the basis of learning from the failures of other companies and learning from successful experiences,we continuously carry out product innovation and improve marketing strategies.Finally,according to the advantages and characteristics of Sichuan Changhong Electronics Co.,Ltd.,we will find and develop an effective marketing strategy as soon as possible,and gradually put it into action,and continue to improve and enforce it in the implementation.
