Study On Quality Management Of Construction Projects In New Campus Of A University

The construction of new campuses in colleges and universities should be based on modernization,digitization and intelligence.During the construction of the new campus,the management model will affect all aspects of construction quality,construction time and construction costs.This paper selects the quality management of the new campus construction project of Xinjiang University of Science and Technology as a research topic,which has important practical significance.Based on the research of the basic theory of total quality management,this paper analyses the main characteristics,objectives,tasks,quality components and control contents of the quality management of new campus construction projects,and further discusses the quality management and control points in different stages of the implementation of new campus construction projects.Among them,the main analysis and discussion of the new campus construction project implementation process,quality management at different stages of the outstanding problems,corresponding solutions and measures for different stages of the problem.Finally,taking the construction project of a new campus as an example,this paper deeply analyses the experience and lessons in the quality management process of the construction project of a new campus.Based on the comprehensive application of the theory and method of project quality management,through investigation and questionnaires,it systematically discusses the quality management that should be adopted by the relevant units of the construction project of a new campus in the stage of project design,bidding and construction.The research methods used in the thesis and the methods and measures proposed to improve the quality management of such projects have certain reference significance for the construction of new campuses in universities across the country.
