| The construction industry as an important industry of national economy, its development has been concerned by many scholars. After more than 40 years of development, the construction industry in China has been developed. The power in the construction industry to going global is increasing in the new situation, the paper is devoted to researching the factors that affect the"going global" of the construction industry, through empirical analysis, and accordingly making relevant recommendations for the reference of enterprises and policy level. The previous research on "going global" of the construction industry is mostly focused on evaluating the international competitiveness of the construction industry, less on the analysis of the factors in the host country market. On the one hand,it takes the initiative to pay attention to the regional market factors in the host country. On the other hand,it draws on the evaluation model of the international competitiveness of the construction industry, and uses the principal component analysis method to combine multiple linear regression. The influence of domestic factors on the "going out" of the construction industry is analyzed.Through theoretical analysis, literature analysis, and status analysis,two-part factors are extracted. On the one hand, there are 12 f-actors in China,on the other hand 6 factors on the host country. For the domestic factors, first, using the principal component analysis method to extract the main factors of the 12 factors, obtained three major factors could namely, the enterprises-face-factor,the environment-competition-factor and economic-growth-factor.Secondly,use three main factor scores for regression analysis,we can conclude that the three major factors affect the overseas expansion of the company. The promotion of enterprises-face-factor will promote the "going global" of the construction industry. The strengthening of the environment-competition-factor and the economic-growth-factor are inhibiting the "going global".For the six factors selected at the host country level, panel data of 106 countries from 2013 to 2016 were selected from the world, and a panel model was established. The external project contracting amount was used as a panel analysis of the explanatory variables to analyze the host country’s GDP size,GDP per capita, host government debt and host country’s openness to the outside world. And these four factors have an important impact on the construction industry going global. It is noteworthy that the factors of GDP per capita factor and host country’s openness factor are contrary to general analysis results. After the foregoing empirical analysis, for suggestions were made according to the development of the construction industry, strengthening the construction of the company’s own capabilities, focus on the host country’s macroeconomic environ, ment, actively responding to national policies and upgrading the position of the industrial chain,so as to form a scientific outbound situation. |
