The logistics management level of freight centers directly concerns the logistics performance and customers’ intuitive impression.Through the information construction of logistics management of the centers,logistics business services,data resources and business processes are further digitized and standardized to realize the one-stop logistics management and all-weather logistics monitoring management under a unified platform,which greatly improves the fluency of logistics operations and the quality and efficiency of logistics services of the centers.Meanwhile,the construction of the platform makes it possible to produce a good management mechanism serving as a hand for the management personnel to monitor the logistics work in time.Through the investigation and analysis of the logistics department of Lanzhou Railway Freight Center and the existing status of logistics information construction,problems are summarized in logistics information construction.Based on this,functions and requirements of the logistics management system are analyzed from the perspectives of customers,system administrators and logistics business personnel,and a detailed design is made to the system architecture and functional modules.In terms of implementation technologies,the front-end development technology is HTML 5 + JavaScript,the back-end development framework Struts 2,the development language Java,and the back-end database SQL Server 2012.The above-mentioned development technologies are used to realize the management of orders,contracts,settlements,logistics dispatch,warehousing,distribution,customers,marketing and other functions.The newly developed logistics information management system is tested in the aspects of functions,performance(security,compatibility),UI,etc.After testing,it could be concluded that the new logistics information management system produced in this thesis is fully functional and highly operable,and the interface design is in line with operators’ requirements,and the security and compatibility with its performance requirements.At the same time,this thesis applies the fuzzy clustering technology to analyze customers’ consumption capacity and logistics consumption volume,to explore the relationship between the two,and further to tap potential customers.According to the fuzzy cluster analysis,three levels could be classified in the clustering of the relationship between customers’ consumption capacity and logistics consumption volume of Lanzhou Railway Freight Center.With the help of the three leveled classification,Lanzhou Railway Freight Center is allowed to figure out logistics consumption rules of potential customers in a more detailed and targeted way,and to carry out targeted marketing activities,an increase of theunit quantity and economic benefits of Lanzhou Railway Freight Center in the filed of railway logistics.
